RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

With a proof of purchase, you have 14 days to return any products.

The products, contents and their packaging must be in perfect condition.

Before returning a product, you must contact us at info@sovageengineering.com.

At the reception of the goods, you ll receive a confirmation email and details about refund time ( depending of your bank).

For any exchanges or returns, the cost of shipping will be charged to the customer. 

If the product supplied is defective, contact us within the 14days of the returning policy, it will be replaced by another item of the same model and we'll pay the shipping cost.
