WARRANTY

We, at SOVAGE ENGINEERING, commit to serve our  customers with the best products.

Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do ensure that you focus on making music and not on repairing or shipping back defective equipment.

Sadly, there are times when something can go wrong, but during the warranty period, any defective products will be repaired or replaced by SOVAGE ENGINEERING, return costs of the defective item at your charge, the shipping costs of the repaired or new items are at SOVAGE ENGINEERING’s charge.

All electrical issues due to wrong connection or any damage caused by another party other than SOVAGE ENGINEERING, are not covered by the warranty, resulting in normal reparation fees.

Please note that SOVAGE ENGINEERING is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won't get damaged during transit
